FEF Performance client portal

Online forms & checklists

The website is the primary paperwork system. Complete the Standard Intake first; FEF Performance will request the Advanced Supplement only when the project needs the additional technical detail. Final service terms and the liability release are signed through DocuSign after acceptance; a wet-ink signature is also required upon arrival at the dyno facility before testing begins.

Email forms are still available as a backup. The online forms are preferred because they reduce missing answers, attach files to a Job/Ticket number, and save submissions automatically without printing.
