Forced-induction calibration

Turbo & Supercharger Dyno Tuning

Boosted calibration is more than making the lambda trace look right. Fuel-pressure behavior, wastegate control, ignition, charge temperature, torque delivery and safeguards all have to stay believable together.

What this service covers

Build boost only after the base engine is repeatable.

For turbocharged projects, FEF starts with mechanical wastegate/spring behavior and verifies that the boost system responds predictably before adding closed-loop authority.

For supercharged combinations, calibration still depends on the exact airflow, bypass system, fuel supply, charge temperature and ignition margin of the engine.

Repeated pulls are compared only when temperatures, fuel and other important conditions are close enough for the data to mean something.

Fuel-pressure differential and injector behavior under load.

Target lambda versus measured lambda with stable combustion.

Ignition tuning toward repeatable torque without intentionally chasing knock.

Boost-control setup and overboost protection where supported.

Heat-soak, restart and drivability validation.
