Module access matched to the exact hardware and software.
FLEX Master supports professional work with editable plaintext files and a broad set of controller-specific OBD, Bench and Boot protocols. FEF verifies the vehicle, module part number, hardware, software and requested operation before accepting the project.
Depending on protocol support, work can include identification, real or virtual reads, writes, checksum-managed programming, flash or EEPROM backup, full backup, file comparison and StageX-assisted calibration editing.
A non-communicating or incorrectly written controller may be recoverable when its hardware remains serviceable and a supported Bench or Boot recovery path exists. Recovery, unlocking and cloning are never represented as universal or guaranteed.
Current diesel calibration work begins with selected Volkswagen and Audi TDI applications. Supported TCU work includes compatible VAG and ZF-family controllers, with the exact unit and operation confirmed before quoting.
ECU and TCU identification, read, virtual read and write where supported.
Original flash, EEPROM and full-backup preservation when the selected protocol makes those memories available.
Owner-authorized ECU unlock and access evaluation for legitimate repair and calibration work.
Supported Bench or Boot recovery review for corrupted or incorrectly written controllers.
StageX map identification, file comparison and project-specific calibration workflow.
Supported VAG DSG and ZF-family TCU read/write, backup and calibration review.
Select Volkswagen and Audi TDI diesel calibration with required emissions and diagnostic systems retained.
